Normally, we supply 32”, 43”, 49”, 55” and 65”.  

If customers need others size, we also supply such as 21.5”, 75” 86”.

Is this model can make touch screen?

Yes, normally we have 3 kinds of touch for options, IR touch, capacitive touch and touch foil.

May I know the thickness of it? I want it very slim?

The thickness we can supply from 2.1cm to 3.0cm depends on what touch you choosing.

If the customized do you support?

Yes, we can do OEM and ODM. we supplied different customized service for customers, such as the color, camera, wheel, printer, card reader and so on.

Which OS do you supply?

Windows and Android. The Version depending on customers’ need.

How about the warranty?

We supply 1-year free warranty. If customer need longer warranty period, can extend 2 years or 3 years.

What is the MOQ?

We supply 1pcs MOQ for testing and qualification.

What package do you have?

Different kinds of package for options: Wooden case, Honey comb case, Flight case.

What shall I do if the display got problem?

First we will ask our technic support engineer to do trouble shooting, then we will know its about software or hardware. If it's caused by software, our engineer will assist you to solve the problem online. If it's caused by hardware, we will send a free spare part to you.

Do you offer any software?

Yes, we have CMS software (content management software) for you to publish and manage your advertisement if you need.

Can you provide 4K display resolution?

Our default resolution is 2K (1920*1080), but we can also provide customized 4K resolution (3840*2160)

What brand of screen are you using?

We are using A+ level full new original LCD panel .

I bought this LCD display how to use and install it?

To help customers use our products better, we have recorded and upload some video guidance and we have overseas support engineer team, all of whom can speak and write English.
